2023 Annual Remuneration and Performance Evaluation Results of Audit Committee Members

I. In order to implement corporate governance and enhance the functions of the Company’s functional committees, the Company handles the matter in accordance with the “Measures for the Performance Evaluation of the Board of Directors”.
II. The Company conducts regular annual performance evaluation of the functional committees in accordance with the law, and submits the evaluation results to the Board of Directors, and evaluates the Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee respectively by means of internal self-evaluation in 2023, and the evaluation period is from June 29, 2023 to December 31, 2023, and the internal performance evaluation standards of each functional committee are as follows:
i. Participation in company operations
ii. Functional Committee Responsibilities Awareness
iii. Improve decision-making quality of functional committees
iv. Functional committee composition and member selection
v. Internal controls and others
III. The results of the 2023 remuneration and the performance evaluation of the members of the audit committee were all excellent, and the results of the performance evaluation were submitted to the board of directors on March 8, 2024. The results of the individual assessment are as follows
