In order to protect the Company’s R&D achievements and improve its R&D performance, while steadily operating its business and moving towards the goal of corporate sustainability, King House has formulated a intellectual property strategy that combines the Company’s operating objectives to create company value through the acquisition, management, protection and application of intellectual property management system, while protecting the company’s freedom of operation and strengthening its competitive advantage, and bringing profits and creating business opportunities for the company.

In order to enhance the competitiveness of R&D and determine its technological leadership, Royal Gourmet is committed to the comprehensive and effective management of intellectual property (IP). As technology evolves and IP is critical to a company’s innovation, competitiveness and long-term success, the Company is committed to protecting, managing and leveraging its assets.

PROTECTION

King House will take all necessary and reasonable measures to protect the IP from infringement, theft or misuse and to maintain the functions of technical value accordingly. Each employee signs a confidentiality agreement when he or she joins the Company, and will be liable for compensation if there is any improper disclosure of trade secrets after leaving the company.
 
The Company and its partners have signed relevant confidentiality agreements (NDAs) to regulate the protection of intellectual property between the two parties, and at the same time, the Company’s internal servers have set up corresponding account and password management mechanisms, in addition to restricting the access to confidential business documents, the company will also regularly advocate information security precautions and preventive measures.

Instruction of Usage

For the software functions delivered by third-party customers, King House will take a careful review, and if in doubt, it will require the manufacturer to sign a corresponding guarantee letter to avoid infringement and ensure the rights and interests of both parties.

Training and Development

King House will provide the necessary education and training to enable all employees to understand the value, protection measures and procedures to be followed, encourage employees to actively participate in IP protection and management, and provide the necessary support and resources.

Regulation Compliance

King House will comply with relevant laws and regulations, including patent law, trademark law, copyright law, etc., and constantly update our IP management policy to ensure that it is up-to-date and meets the latest legal requirements.

Responsibility of Employee

All employees of King House shall abide by the company’s intellectual property policies and procedures, and actively participate in the protection and management of IP; The Company has also established an open and transparent culture that encourages employees to provide their opinions and suggestions on IP issues.

Planning of Inspection

King House will regularly review and evaluate our IP management policies and procedures, make necessary improvements and adjustments, and continuously improve our IP management capabilities and efficiency.

Implementation Status

1. Submit intellectual property-related matters to the Board of Directors at least once a year.
2. All new recruits sign the Intellectual Property and Confidentiality Pledge.
3. Regularly conduct information security advocacy within the company.
4. Regular firewall maintenance and management every year to ensure the security of intellectual property rights.
