Human Rights Policy

In terms of personnel recruitment, the Company and its subsidiary, Chaogang City, are mainly based on their professional ability, and there is no difference due to gender and age, and the hired personnel are required to sign a labor contract. The number of employees on December 31, 2023 is 251, accounting for about 1/3 of the age group, with 30~50 years old slightly higher (accounting for 39%); 30% and 31% were under 30% and over 50 years old respectively.
